i was just thinking today about this report i had to do for english. it really opened my eyes to the endangerment of tigers. i realized that humans are at the top of the food chain and will do anything to keep it that way. we hunt and trap the animals that challenge our position at the top. we destroy their homes, sending them into reserves and hurtling them into extinction. we use their parts for our survival and enjoyment. we kill them off like they're little instincts. specifically, i'm talking about tigers and other wild cats. they will only attack us only because we disturb them and they do not know how to handle us, to protect their young ones, complete starvation, or insanity. yet we attack them out of fear and because they get in our way. they threaten us, and we get rid of them. y cant we just be like them and accept that we have to die sometime? they accept that they are not at the top of the food chain, so y cant we? sorry, it pisses me off that something so beautiful is being destroyed because of some ppl's ego...pretty soon, if ppl don't smarten up, we'll be the only species on earth...now how fun would that be? |
